Director
As our financial and economic lead, Mark draws on his extensive experience in managing large-scale public/private ventures, particularly in the realm of
sustainability infrastructure developments in London.
Patrick Peadar
Director
Patrick is an experienced operations manager who supports the day to day running of PSA. Patrick has supported projects with the NHS, HSE & LGA.

brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, contributing to the intersection of education and technology in our consultancy services.
Miles St John
As an experienced business analyst and CEO of Net Zero Marine Services, Miles
adds a valuable perspective to our team, ensuring a holistic approach to project analysis and implementation.
John Leith
A consultant who provides his expert knowledge and experiences to PSA’s Public
Sector sustainability contracts. John has worked on a number of large scale public and private ventures.

Public Sector Access, has made a point of always having the right people on its team. All of our consultants have a minimum of 10 years of experience in their chosen fields. With a mix of public and private sector backgrounds across multiple spheres we are uniquely placed to take on new and challenging projects and quickly get to the heart of the matter. PSA has won public sector tender bids for companies across a multitude of different sectors. We have also helped the public sector to better understand their abilities when asked to do so.
