About the project -

This project involved assessing the value that each product can bring to the market, calculate the potential size of the market, recommend price points, develop sales projections and recommend if the products were commercially viable. PSA undertook in depth analysis through both in person data collection at high profile UK industry events, desk based study of commercial indicators, and interviews with industry experts. PSA also worked closely with internal HSE stakeholders, analysing detailed internal commercial data whilst balancing the many priorities of the organistation. This resulted in a detailed market research report that went above and beyond the requirements of the brief, laying a strong foundation for the future development of the products.
